How to Cancel an Order: To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by sending an email to support@osmpackaging.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.” In your email, kindly include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Process:
- Request Received Before Dispatch: If your cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, we will process a 100% refund (less any payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- Request Received Post Dispatch: If your cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Personalized or Customized Items: Please note that orders placed for personalized or customized packaging items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
